Yoga Teacher Reboot [aka the un-training] | Juliet

Questions. A very intriguing teacher of mine is known for saying "ask every question". This baseline of questioning will provide course work to map out aspects of pedadgogy, communication, understanding, vulnerability, and of course, the yoga practice.

Juliet has created a 30 hour process that is similar to a training, except it’s what she likes to describes as an “un-training”. In this process, there will be a jump/leap/scamper/twitch/strut toward "what’s next?" for you as a teacher of yoga. That may be the ample revitalizing and rebooting so you feel recharged as a teacher, or an initiation to be more contemplative, perhaps its a more thorough personal practice, OR maybe you are looking to start (slowly) back toward the more formal YTT commitment. The list of reasons to attend this REBOOT is long, but the investment is easy on your time and wallet. ONLY 8-10 spots available.

Topics we will tackle:

Oct 23 - Nov 14

Wednesdays Oct 23, 30, Nov 6, 13 | Thursdays Oct 24, Nov 7, 14 | Friday Nov 1

5:30 - 9:00pm

8 payments of $75
Single payment of $580
Part of the payment can be forwarded toward 300YTT in 2020

Mythology Weekend

Mythology Weekend | Juliet

The mythology, symbolism, and inspiration from the well loved Ganesha. This weekend is filed with conversation, storytelling, and asana practice. All are welcome to join the colorful and adventurous world of Hindu lore. The Ganesha myth is a well-known favorite —being that the character is an elephant headed boy, and most everyone loves elephants.

Gather with Juliet for this fun and engaging weekend and learn way more about this character than the tagline that he’s the remover of obstacles! Listen and develop person reference to ancient myths and metaphor, extending from the Tantric tradition.

Saturday + Sunday | Nov 30 + Dec 1

12-4pm both days
