Introduction to Yoga | Nicole

This series is designed by Nicole Stewart to deliver participants to a place of understanding about yoga and assist students in ways so the practice of yoga is de-mystified. During these four weeks you will learn about several postures, sun salutes, prop usage, breath work, and especially how to develop some skills so the yoga works best for you/ with you.

From Nicole "In yoga I've given myself permission to try, and allow room a fluctuation of that effort. Our needs change all the time so the functionality of a yoga practice, self inquiry to see how something feels, and the routine of being able to consistently come back to my practice is a pretty big one. Even if I don't feel like practicing, once i get started I always feel better."

Restorative + Pranayama | Juliet

This series includes both restorative yoga and pranayama as a experience for relaxation. Restorative is a non-active positioning where the practitioner is support by cushions, blankets, and other props. PranaYama is a breathing practice. It is nourishing and delightful.

This series offers exploration for self-discovery that is playful and personal through guided movements and vocals.Through some somatically inspired warm-ups (feeling and understanding your body through sensation) and structured improvisation the intention is to explore your creative process, to be able to then express yourself with confidence, find vitality and fluidity in your body and mind.Lila Greene has over 40 years of professional experience in somatic approaches to experimental dance and theater, including performing and teaching, mostly in France and West Africa.
