8 Minutes in Shoulder Stand
Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and friends for this series. This series is designed for learning to build up to an eight minute hold in Salamba Sarvangasana, sounds daunting but it just requires some thinking and doing. Healthy, safe, and informed methods will apply to this series. Learn Halasana (plow), Setu Bandha (bridge), and a multitude of variations. Juliet offers one- on -one advise and some physical support. Followed 2 days of somatic movement and release tactics to create ease in the body and new tendencies for a softer awareness in relationship to shoulder, neck, and head..

Restorative + Pranayama | Juliet

This series includes both restorative yoga and pranayama as a experience for relaxation. Restorative is a non-active positioning where the practitioner is support by cushions, blankets, and other props. PranaYama is a breathing practice. It is nourishing and delightful.
