demystifying pilates
I encourage you to come to a class and give it a shot. It will be my honor to introduce (or maybe re-introduce) you to this unique form of exercise. My excitement about it is boundless, and my learning is ever-evolving. I hope you’ll leave class feeling a little taller, more capable of facing the world and craving your next class.
